Indio ..

In this dreary weather I am currently living in I cant help but to think about the fact that its almost April. April not only means spring but, for most fashion savvy music lovers, it means that Coachella 2011 is near.I am crossing my fingers that I will too be one of many making my way down to Indio to take part in this collaboration of music and fashion. The hot desert temperatures limit the choice of dress so I have come up with some pictures that I am going to help influence my choice of dress. I am REALLY feeling sheer layer tops, maxis, and silk capes to dress up a tank and cut offs (along the obvious boho use of fringe). Robert Rodriguez has the ultimate maxi dresses right now to fulfill all the qualities of the look, unfortunately there is no way any of his maxis are going to fit over my but line. Alas I will improvise, like always and draw inspiration from all these things. ( Haute Hippie has a chic a fun "Sally" silk cape that would be PERFECT)
